How do I print my certificates?
Once you have successfully completed your purchase, click View Details to download and print your certificates! Additionally, you will receive an email from Shop30@nimbledeals.com that will contain a PDF attachment for each certificate you purchased that you can download and print.

I never received an email with my certificate(s). Where is it?
If you do not see your email from Shop30@nimbledeals.com after making your purchase, be sure to check your junk and spam folders. If you are a frequent shopper at the Shop 30 Store, make sure to add this email address to your contacts so you will receive future purchase confirmation emails from us! If you are still unable to locate the email with your certificates, please let us know by submitting a contact request and we would be happy to resend it to you.

What is the difference between checking out as a Guest and creating my own Shop 30 Account?
If you made a purchase on the Shop 30 Store but checked out as a “Guest,” that means we have a record of your purchase but you do not have access to it. If you would like to have access to your previous purchases, be able to view and print your vouchers at any time, as well as see if they have been redeemed, be sure to create an account! If you’ve made previous purchases as a guest and would like to see them, make sure to create an account using the same email address you used when you checked out as a Guest.

I'm having trouble completing my transaction. Who should I contact?
If you are having technical difficulties completing your transaction online, please call us 413-586-7400, or fill out a contact request and we would be happy to assist.

What if I can’t remember my email or password?
If you have created a Shop 30 account but cannot remember your password, please use the “Forgot Your Password” option found on the Login page. If you do not receive your email to reset your password or are unsure if you have an active account with us, please submit a contact request and we would be happy to help you.

Can I just show my voucher on my phone instead of having to print it out?
No. Only a printed certificate will be accepted by the business. Be sure all the information on the certificate is visible on your print out. Otherwise, it may not be accepted.

Can I buy a certificate as a gift?
Yes! Be sure to choose the “Gift This Deal” and fill in the gift recipient’s information.

What are the restrictions for my certificate?
Each business has individual restrictions for their certificates. Be sure to read them before making your purchase. You can find them on the Deal’s page under “Details.” You can also find the restrictions printed on your individual certificates under “Fine Print.”

What if the business does not honor my certificate?
We’ve carefully selected the best offers from the best local businesses, and they have agreed to honor Shop 30 Store certificates. However, please contact us at 413-586-7400 should you run into problems using your certificate(s).

Can I get a refund?
While we do not normally offer any refunds, if you are no longer able to use your certificate because a business has closed, you may be eligible for a refund. You are welcome to fill out a contact request or call us at 413-586-7400 to learn more.
